We are now well underway. We hope you have been out to our new church building site. The preceding pictures tell a story.

We have been a little hesitant to talk much about schedule until things are actually moving forward. They are moving fast now!

Following is a tentative construction schedule as of 11/13/07.

November
Final concrete pour for foundations and grade walls.
Completion of below floor plumbing and electrical rough-in.
Start steel erection.
Asphalt base.

December
Steel roof panels and exterior walls framing.
Exterior sheeting, parapet siding, set roof top heating and cooling units.
Install exterior windows.
Set steeple.

January
Masonry.
Interior framing.
Electrical and plumbing rough-in.

February
50% of drywall.

March
100% drywall.
Painting.

April
Asphalt and parking striping.
Plumbing and Electrical devices.

May
Carpeting and tile flooring.
Punch list complete and close out

Please bear in mind that this is our plan at this point in time - reality may vary from time to time.

The structural steelwork and the construction work through 11/1/07 has been paid with cash. Our bank financing arrangements should be finalized in late November.

A big thank you to those who have provided water and goodies for our construction workers. Pray for continued safety and that we might be a strong witness for our Savior to our workers.
